We strive to provide high-quality services, but we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or issues outside our reasonable control.

We may suspend or terminate services if a client violates these terms or the terms of their service agreement.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Effective Date.”

9. SMS Messaging Terms

Infinite Growth SMS Program

Infinite Growth (a DBA of Plan B Team) operates an SMS messaging program. Upon opting in, users may receive text messages regarding appointment scheduling, booking confirmations, customer service communications, and — if separately consented — marketing messages about special offers, discounts, and service updates.

You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to our SMS messaging program. By providing your mobile number and consenting to receive text messages, you represent that you are 18 or older.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to 754-306-6032. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
